. GENERAL .Before commissioning you must read and agree to the following conditions.
Please be surely to read carefully in its entirety BEFORE commissioning me, if you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Blockchain Technology (NFTs, AI-art, Crypto, etc) usage of any of my works are strictly forbidden.
I retain all copyright over my work, including the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon, proper credit will be given to the commissioner for ownership of characters.
You're not allowed to trace or edit my work unless agreed upon beforehand.
You're allowed to repost your commissioned piece with proper credit.
If you wish a commission for comercial use it'll have an extra fee, see below. Otherwise, you're not allowed to use my work outside personal use strictly.
I do not accept refunds once a commission has been started and/or finished.
I reserve all rights to refusing any commission requests.
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

I don' do complex backgrounds, although i might agree depending on what you want for an extra fee of +20 USD and up depending on what you want, otherwise you might choose whether you prefer no bg/transparent, flat color or a simple shapes, for no extra fee.
. PAYMENT .
- Payment will be done 100% upfront, i will not start work before the payment has been received.
- The payment will be done through PayPal invoicing only, in USD.
- I'll sent the invoice after all details have been talked over and i have accepted your commission, please don't send the money before then.
. WORKFLOW .
A sketch of your piece will always be send first for revision, in case small changes and tweeks are needed.
If colored, i'll send flat colors after for revision.
I'll try to update you with wips every now and then in general.
Wait time can be from 1 week up to 1 month, depending on commissions i might have ahead of yours.
By placing an order, you agree to these wait times.
. COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT .
The following cases are considered commercial use:
Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, any case in which you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my work (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

. NDA .
If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.
The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
